Juliana's House 1 by Atlantic Holiday

Juliana's House 1 by Atlantic Holiday is a recently renovated apartment located in the tranquil area of Campanário on Madeira Island. The property features two comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds and can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it an excellent choice for families, friends, or couples. The bathroom includes a shower, and all bed linen and bath towels are provided for a comfortable stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, and plates, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, along with a smart TV with a box for entertainment. Families traveling with children will appreciate the baby cot and high chair provided. Guests can unwind in the jacuzzi, enjoying stunning views over the surrounding landscape.



Parking is available on the property, though the street is narrow; less experienced drivers may prefer to park nearby and enjoy a short walk to the apartment. From the windows and balcony, guests can enjoy pleasant views of the surrounding rural landscape. Check-in is flexible, from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
