The Ocean el Turf is a 210 m² new-build villa in 2024, ready to move into and meeting the highest standards.

It impresses with its cozy, yet purist, modern ambiance. All living areas and all bedrooms have frontal views of the Atlantic and the adjacent cliffs.

The spacious living area features a sitting space where guests can unwind and watch TV after exploring and enjoying the beautiful view. The adjacent dining area provides a great spot to gather and share meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave—perfect for cooking and spending time together. For added convenience, there’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine. A convenient guest bathroom is located on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms – all on suite - with a queen-sized bed, multiple storage options, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV. These bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing stay. There is also a bathtub in the master suite.

On the bottom floor, a garage parking space with direct access to the house - also suitable for electric cars - is available for you.

A beautiful infinity pool and adjoining barbecue area with a cozy sitting area and corner lounge sofa round off the comfort at a high level.

It is quiet and yet close to the towns of Ribeira Brava (10 minutes) and Funchal (15 minutes).

Enjoy the luxury of a newly built villa with magnificent views for a good rest and take advantage of the proximity to the neighboring attractions such as the bird farm "Ilha das Aves“, the idyllic fishing village of Calhau da Lapa or the countless excursions and restaurant offers in Funchal. Or use it as a base for hikes and island excursions.

We take our quality standards very seriously and offer you a 24/7 service in case of problems or discrepancies.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a perfect starting point to explore this charming Portuguese island. Set in a region known for its tranquillity and natural beauty, this area offers an authentic Madeiran experience, with easy access to stunning mountain landscapes, the ocean, and charming local villages. Campanário is just a short drive away from various cultural and natural attractions on the island, including "levadas", hiking trails, and breathtaking panoramic views.

The proximity to Funchal, the island’s capital, allows visitors to enjoy both the cultural life and the peaceful surroundings. In Funchal, guests can explore museums, farmers' markets, botanical gardens, and the island’s vibrant food scene. Estrada da Amoreira 52 combines the best of a quiet village with the convenience of being close to popular tourist attractions, offering a pleasant and well-located stay in Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by car and includes private parking in a garage inside the property.

Madeira Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
