Scandinavian Villa • Infinity Pool • Ocean view • Office with a View

Open the glass doors and the Atlantic becomes part of the house. Set among banana terraces above Ribeira Brava, Villa Fjord pairs a private infinity pool with generous Scandinavian-inspired interiors and wide views across sea, valley and mountains.

South-facing and filled with afternoon light, the villa is made for days that move easily between indoors and out. Breakfast begins in the open-plan kitchen, afternoons unfold beside the water, and evening settles over the horizon. At certain times of year, the sun sets directly ahead.

Natural wood and clean lines bring warmth to the open living and dining space, where the ceiling rises towards the upper floor. The glass doors draw back completely, connecting the house with the garden, outdoor dining area and pool.

The villa welcomes four guests in two bedrooms. The principal suite has a queen bed and views across the Atlantic, valley and mountains. The second bedroom has two single beds. A dedicated office overlooking the sea, garden and pool offers a calm setting for remote work or a quiet pause.

Outside, the infinity pool is framed by natural lawn and banana plants, with space to dine, lounge and enjoy the open-air shower. Depending on the season and conditions, pool temperatures range from 20°C to 28°C.

High-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a Smart TV and private parking support an easy stay. A cot and high chair can be provided, while private chef services, transfers and additional cleaning can be arranged on request.

Close to the coast and the centre of Ribeira Brava, Villa Fjord retains the slower rhythm of Madeira’s agricultural landscape, where the soft sounds of nature accompany the view.

A stay shaped by open space, warm timber and the Atlantic horizon.
