"Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids."

"What an amazing stay! Really exceeded our expectations!! The villa was amazing- it was huge, very clean and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the little details and personalised treatment we received made our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet had so much variety and the food delicious! Thank you Four Points team for making our stay one to remember! We will definitely come back again"

"Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange. You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it. The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav."

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."

"Très agréable"

"Mutiara is not a typical beach resort—it’s a true eco-resort designed with tradition and sustainability in mind. It’s also actively run by the long-time owner—no corporate chains here. The most important things to be prepared for: no AC and no hot water. You sleep in lovely teak and rattan cottages with mosquito nets and plenty of fans. Which means this is a chance to experience what SE Asia was like 40-50 years ago (and of course the same way lots of locals live today). The food is terrific,...

"Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious rooms that fit 4 adults comfortably. Excellent buffet breakfast and lagoon pool was divine."

"Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!"

"A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. A stunning beach front resort with five star treatment. The staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect holiday. Would recommend to anyone who is tempted to book!"

"O hotel tem muito espaço para desfrutar devido a isso voce acaba ficando isolado não tendo muita interação com os outros hospedes. Ideal para curtir a compania de quem vai contigo. É saber escolher quem voce leva para uma ilha deserta e Curtir."

"I have visited this resort for about 20yrs. Alot of great memories. It's quiet, clear sea on doorstep with colourful fish. Nice ferry ride across. Accomodation good, TV reception, not good and no smart tv options. Food options very Asian, so finding something non-spicy and tasty a challenge. That's an easy fix. Shops on-site: bring back more interesting things to buy - before shops were full of locally made souvenirs, cotton clothing, jewellery incl earrings etc. Need some nik-naks to bring...

"Amazing villas over the sea, must visit"

"Kamer was vuil, communicatie verliep niet vlot. Geen ontbijtbuffet."

"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was...
