Is the pool available year-round? The Timberline Rim community pool is seasonal, typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Tennis courts are available to guests year-round.



Are there stairs or accessibility concerns? There is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, however, there are three steps to access the front door.



Is there air conditioning? No AC. Portable fans are provided for warm summer days.



Winter driving? Hwy 26 can see snow from November to April. Carry chains or traction tires and check road conditions before heading up. Many winter lots on the mountain require an Oregon Sno-Park permit.



Cameras or monitors? One exterior camera at the front door for guest safety. Nothing inside the home.



Before arrival, you'll get a short concierge check-in: a quick identity verification link (keeps everyone in the home safe) and a full digital house manual so you know exactly where everything is the moment you walk in.



Security Deposit: There is a $300 deposit hold that will be put on the card used to reserve the home. This will be released a few days after the stay, unless there is some issue in the home caused during the stay that requires repayment. Ex: breakages and stains.
