Sutherlea is an incredible villa located near Koskinou, and offers a large private swimming pool as well as spacious rooms. The nearest beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. This incredible villa has 6 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms/shower room, and kitchenettes. Also, guests will find a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds. All of these beautiful bedrooms offer a balcony and are fully airconditioned. There are 2 further bathrooms, each with a bathtub. There is a small lounge area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Outdoors is as incredible as indoors. There’s a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation as well as a seating area for up to 20 guests where you can enjoy your meal on the spacious patio. There’s a fantastic private swimming pool and exotic tropical gardens. A brick BBQ and a traditional Greek oven invite you to cook 'al fresco' and enjoy some precious time with your loved ones as the summer sun sinks towards sunset.
