Villa St Nicholas is a 3 bedroom villa on a prime hillside position with superb views of the Navarone Bay and the countryside. Gaze at the sea from the shaded outdoor areas and relax in the mature garden set around the inviting pool. The villa is a 5 minute drive from the popular resort of Pefkos with an array of shops, restaurants and a sandy beach, and a downhill walk from the villa will take you to a local nearby bar. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.   

Villa St Nicholas is in a sought after location on the outskirts of Pefkos with a quick 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. With bus routes to Pefkos and Lindos, it’s in the ideal spot to explore the island and enjoy one of the many family run restaurants of this fabulous resort. There’s a great choice of bars, some offering live entertainment as well as beautiful beaches. The nearest sandy beach is Pefkos Beach where you can snorkel in the clear sea water or hire a small boat and be your own captain for an hour or two. A little further afield will take you to the charming resort of Lindos. Here, there is the ancient Acropolis steeped in history and when the sun goes down Lindos roof top dining is an amazing alfresco experience.
