Evmar Villa is a great holiday accommodation for couples, families and friends looking for a comfortable, relaxed holiday in a convenient location. The villa is designed and equipped to cater for the holiday needs of up to 6 people and has 2 fully airconditioned bedrooms with double beds and 1 with single beds, a large living room with comfortable sitting areas and entertainment facilities including a 50” smart LED TV with satellite channels. The villa also has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with oven hob and extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed for you to prepare and enjoy meals. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and hydro massage and 1 with shower.
Evmar villa also feature great outdoor spaces with a well-tended garden and a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Also, there is a terrace with BBQ facilities ideal for a gathering with family and friends.
The villa is conveniently situated close to a wide range of conveniences that you will find useful during your stay in the beautiful island of Rhodes. Supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, banks & ATMs, pharmacies, children’s playgrounds, car & motorbike rentals and all kinds of shops can be found within a few minutes’ drive from of the villa. Ialysos beach is popular with wind surfers and kite surfers and it is a perfect place for watersports as well as an excellent spot for unforgettable, romantic walks and amazing sunsets. Filerimos is also close to the villa and offers perfect hiking paths through the pine forest to the top of the mountain where nature lovers and sightseeing seekers will fall in love with the medieval monastery and the breath taking, panoramic views of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea.
Finally the villa is located just 10 minutes’ drive from Rhodes town center and the famous “Old Town” that is a UNESCO monument of cultural heritage.
