Perched in Ialysos, this villa captures the very essence of its name. The 'Ixia Breeze' is your constant companion, whispering through the terrace and balcony of this exceptional property. Here, days are measured by the sun's journey across your private pool and evenings are spent in the spacious comfort of a villa designed for elegant living.
With three bedrooms and the unparalleled luxury of four bathrooms, this home provides a canvas for your perfect Greek holiday. It is a place where the vibrant energy of Rhodes is balanced by the absolute peace of your own secluded retreat. Dive into the pool, lounge in the generous living area, or dine al fresco as the legendary Ialysos sunset paints the sky—this is the sophisticated escape you've been dreaming of.
I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
Should you have any question please let me know, I am at your disposal.
The Location
Ixia is situated on the busiest part of the island's coast, stretching along a long, pebbly beach. It faces the Aegean Sea, which means it often has waves and wind, making it popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing. It's directly on the main coastal road that connects Rhodes Town with the airport and the western resorts.
The key landmark to remember is that Ixia is nestled between the city of Rhodes to the northeast and the village of Ialysos to the southwest.

Proximity to the Capital: Its biggest advantage is being just minutes away from the historic Old Town, restaurants, and nightlife of Rhodes Town.
Windy Beach: Its exposure to the Aegean Sea (Meltemi wind) means it's less sheltered than the calmer, sandier beaches on the eastern coast.
Main Road: The main road running through Ixia is very busy, so caution is needed when crossing. However, it provides excellent transport links.
Views: Many hotels in Ixia are built on slopes, offering stunning views of the sea and, on a clear day, the coast of Turkey.
In essence, Ixia is a conveniently located, vibrant resort that serves as an excellent base for exploring the northern part of Rhodes, especially the historic capital.
