Despina's Terrace is a newly, fully restored, villa offering everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. Private pool, outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub, large terrace and indoor sauna cabinet. Four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with private bath/shower room and air conditioning. FULL PRIVACY around the pool - the wooden fence has been made higher than shown on some of the photos.

Despina's Terrace is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Pylona near Lindos. The villa is raised above street level and on the first level you will find a large pool area with sun loungers, umbrellas, brick-built BBQ and dining table with chairs. Two sets of steps lead to the upper level where the main terrace and all the bedrooms, living area and kitchen can be found. The main terrace is furnished with a sofa set with coffee table and a dining table with chairs.
The front door opens to an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, kitchen ware and cutlery. A large dining table and a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and Wlan internet complete the relaxing living space. A door leads to the master bedroom with extra large double bed (2.00 x 2.20 m), en-suite bathroom with corner bath tub, two sinks and toilet and a walk-in closet to store all your luggage. Balcony doors lead out to a small furnished balcony overlooking the pool.
A small hallway leads from the kitchen to the 2nd bedroom. Tastefully furnished with a large double bed (1.6 x 2.0m), bedside table and closet. A bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and toilet is accessed from the hallway.
The next bedroom is three steps down from the hallway and here you will find 2 single mattresses (possible to add a 3rd mattress!) on a raised platform, a traditional 'sofas', a closet and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and toilet. Balcony doors lead to the main terrace. An internal door leads from this room to the spa room with sauna cabinet for you to enjoy free of charge and for the colder months of the year a fireplace.
The 4th bedroom can be accessed through the spa room or from the main terrace. A large double bed (1.6 x 2.0m), bedside tables, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, sink and toilet completes this bedroom. Access to private balcony with a staircase leading directly down to the pool and BBQ area.
