Casa Bohème is an ideal solution for 4, couples, friends or family, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Modern, bright, comfortable, fully air-conditioned (24/7) and fully equipped, all areas of the house including the garden are covered by free WiFi.
Casa Bohème is located about 500 meters from the sea, in the residential area of Ialyssos adjoining the tourist heart of the seaside resort. At dusk, you can enjoy a romantic walk on the beach, admiring the sunset. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need like many traditional Greek restaurants as well as organized beaches, supermarkets, lounges by the sea, bars restaurants with swimming pools, car rental companies, many shops and travel agencies. Peaceful and cool place to relax because of the constant breeze of the west coast, the area also offers excellent windsurfing conditions. The city of Rhodes is easily accessible by bus, car, taxi or scooter and is about 10 minutes by car. In the city of Rhodes you can visit the medieval city (UNESCO World Heritage) as well as the "New Town", with its beautiful buildings steeped in history and its modern shopping center.

Casa Bohème will be your individual house for your holidays. A private patio, terrace and parking surround it as well as only 2 other properties in its street (Parodos Mikinon).
Outside, a terrace of 40m ² with barbecue and a patio are at your disposal to relax. The BBQ terrace hosts a large wooden table that can accommodate up to 8 people for breakfast, smoking cigarettes, having coffee, lunch, dinner outdoors, or simply relaxing on a deckchair in the shade of 'a big yucca. For your comfort, a large parasol 3 meters by 3 is also available on the terrace.
The private property has an area of 112m2 and extends over two floors.
The ground floor has a modern Italian kitchen and a living room, each with direct access to the barbecue terrace, plus a cozy dining room. The living room has two single beds, the dining room also, or 4 single beds are at your disposal on the ground floor.
The ground floor includes a modular dining table that can accommodate from 4 to 8 people, 4 single beds that can become 2 double beds, a connected satellite TV connected to the Internet, a Bluetooth sound bar, which you can connect to your smartphone, and a two-meter refrigerator with a cool water dispenser. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a storage space to leave your luggage.
Going up the stairs alongside blue butterflies, you will find two bedrooms, a large bathroom and laundry.
For each room, we took a particular interest in creating a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony equipped with two tents where you can relax in the shade, or not, with a drink.
More modern, the master bedroom is equipped with a 48-inch connected satellite TV connected to the internet and reversible air conditioning. The bedding 160 x 200 has been carefully selected to bring you maximum comfort. For your comfort, the double bed can be separated (please ask before arrival). More oriented to nature, the green room has a double bed 140 x 200 and a reversible air conditioning. Its decoration associated with its light plays at dusk gives it a unique character of relaxation.
The large bathroom has a large bathtub and shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer at your disposal. Towels and towels are also available.
The laundry room includes a modern washing machine, laundry basket, tumble dryer, iron and more. (see list of articles).
All our guests are welcomed as friends. Upon arrival, we will comment on the area around the house and, depending on your expectations and personal tastes, we will suggest tips for you to spend a great holiday.
As we enjoy Greek food, outdoor activities related to nature, and discovery, we can suggest interesting things to do and put you in touch with the right people and / or companies for the best addresses in Rhodes. How to get to Lindos, the old town, Symi, the Butterfly Valley, with whom, how, at what prices, etc? All your questions can be answered to make the most of your stay.
What are the best restaurants, the most beautiful beaches, or go out at night, as they are the most beautiful places to visit, can you go sailing, cycling, hiking, sea kayaking, water sports? climbing and diving. In connection with travel agencies for years, we can comment on all possible excursions to Rhodes and even a discovery trip by jeep safari!
All furniture and electronic equipment has been acquired in the last 6 months. All areas of Casa Bohème private property, including the garden, are covered by free WiFi. For our friends who smoke, it is forbidden to smoke inside the house but you can smoke a cigarette without problems outside, on the terrace and the patio.
