The forest- and lake-rich surroundings on the edge of the Mecklenburg Lake District and within the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land Nature Park have always been a popular destination and offer numerous opportunities for an active vacation. The area is particularly appealing to water enthusiasts, as the region’s many bodies of water are all interconnected.
