One bedroom newly renovated apartment in Reykjavik's downtown area. Sleeps two in the bedroom and two more on the soda bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Great location only 100m from airport bus/tour pick up bus stop. I f you want to stay downtown but also want the quiet place to rest, this is the apartment for you.
The apartment was renovated in Jan.-Febr. '19. Everything is new including the flooring, kitchen cabinets and beds.

I wrote the same thing about our second stay. The apartment was quiet, safe, comfortable and the location and price were perfect! Iā€™d have given 5 stars but my husband found the bed to be uncomfortable. He tried to use the sofa bed but said it was broken. I loved the kitchen!

This is a superb location and an excellent price! I really enjoyed staying here! The kitchen was perfect and the apartment was quiet , safe and comfortable. If Iā€™d been staying by myself Iā€™d have given it 5 stars. However, my husband thought the bed was uncomfortable and when he tried using the sofa bed he said it was broken.

Sehr gute Lage, um die Innenstadt zu FuƟ zu erkunden. Allgemein ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, allerdings war die Sauberkeit in der KĆ¼che und im Badezimmer etwas unterdurchschnittlich und auch der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer etwas bedenklich.

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything (e.g., tourist area - shopping, dining, sights) and was well kept and perfect for what I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. Great communication from the property manager. It was a great home base for my day trips. I would stay here again if I was ever back in Iceland. Thank you, Anna!

The location was convenient to downtown and public transportation. The unit had everything we needed. There is not a 50 on the building but is next door to 52. Anna's name is on the actual unit, not the front door. I only wish the bedding for the pull-out couch was as nice as what's on the listing. would definitely rent again. would pic.

The location of the apartment and the communication with the hosts were excellent. The apartment was stocked with plenty of information about local attractions, which was really helpful when planning our trip day to day. The bed was also really comfortable, which is great. However, the apartment listing states that it was recently renovated but, whilst modern, the apartment had a few slight problems, such as the bedroom light being surrounded by cracks hanging off the ceiling, which was a little concerning. Despite this, there were no issues whilst we were there and nothing that couldnā€™t be easily rectified. The only other issue was that the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. For example, lots of the kitchen utensils still had dried food from previous guests on them, meaning we had to clean them all thoroughly before use. There was also dark hair on the walls of the shower and around the bathroom and pockets of black mould around the windows and in the bathroom. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and the apartment was in a great, central location with supermarkets very close by, which were really convenient throughout our holiday!! Definitely suitable for couplesā€™ holidays!

My friend and I had a wonderful easy stay at this property. The amenities are as listed, and the owner gave us great directions from the airport. The beds were very clean and many towels were provided. As other reviews mentioned, however, the property does not seem all that ā€œnewlyā€ renovated. The apartment felt clean aside from mold in the bathroom. We had a couple of small issues with the shower that the owner has been notified of, and we were told that it will be renovated soon- just something to keep in mind!The location was nice, but since we had a rental car we had to pay for parking a couple of times since the surrounding areas are all paid parking zones in the daytime on weekdays.Overall a great choice with a great price point to be near downtown ReykjavĆ­k!

This is such a cute apartment in a great location! Perfect walking distance from everything, and this hosts were easy to communicate with. Very warm and cozy and the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring!

The VRBO listing is very misleadingā€¦ The only thing in the apartment that was updated was the kitchen and new floors throughout. The freezer in the refrigerator was not clean and the bathroom could use some shelves and hooks for wet towels.

Good apartment, a little difficult to find. The entrance does not have a street number and the name given for the door is two flights up, not on the entrance. Very good location, good amenities, but could use minor cleaning. I would stay here again.

Die Lage ist groƟartig, zu Fuss und mit Bussen ist alles perfekt erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gerƤumig. Das Sofa eignet sich hƶchstens fĆ¼r 1 Kind zum Schlafen. das Bett ist fĆ¼r 2 Erwachsene auch schmal. Leider war schlecht geputzt,Haare Ć¼berall im kleinen Bad und eher etwas schmuddelig. Die Info,dass man den SchlĆ¼ssel in einem Locker am Busbahnhof holen muss,sollte auch angegeben werden.Wir hatten lange gebucht und diese Info kam kurz vor der Anreise und wir mussten den gebuchten Shuttle am Flughafen umorganisieren. Aber da man auf dieser phantastischen Insel immer viel unterwegs ist,war die Wohnung OK und tatsƤchlich ist sie preiswert.

Lovely clean, very warm extremely comfortable apartment. Central for trip pick up at bus stop no9 also local bus station. Bus stop 12 also within short distance as some trips start here and charge to picked up from other stops. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Tourists going on their tours were picked up at numbered bus stops or selected hotels. Our Verbo on Snorrobraut was an ideal location ā€¦ right downtown and close to bus stop #9, a popular pickup/drop off stop.. Reykjavik downtown shopping /entertainment/ and cultural museums etc. area
