Modern 3 bedroom apartment cenrally located in Reykjavik

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one of the nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.

Our house is on two floors and has 3 bedrooms. On the main floor we have 3 bedrooms and main bathroom with nice shower. Master bedroom has King Size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom has Queen size bed (160x200cm) and third bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). On the upper floor we have spacious living room with fire place and balcony with BBQ and nice view over the city. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, wine cooler and more, outside we have wooden patio with nice Hot Tub to relax in, and see the Northern Lights if the weather conditions are right. On the gorund floor we have laundry room with combo machine that is both washing machine and dryer.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 180 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.
