The space
A beautiful newly renovated house in Þingholtsstræti, built 1880. It has 2 separate apartments on the ground and first floor. It is suitable for a large family, families travelling together or a large group.
The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each and a living room with a sofabed for two. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen.
The second floor is bright and spacious. It has three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with two single beds and one single room. The living room has a sofabed for two. There is a bathroom with a shower and kitchen with a dining area.

The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and the 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. There is also a sleeping sofa in both apartments. There is wireless Internet, towels and bed linen which is all included in the price.

The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a toaster.
WiFi internet, towels and bed linnen are all included in the price.
Other things to note
There are a lot of public parking spaces around the house and in the streets near the house. There is also a supermarket just up the corner with a lot of public parking spaces. The charge is around 100 ISK per hour, from 9 AM - 6 PM, free on Sundays.
