Excelente localização, é ótimo custo beneficio. Por ser uma cidade cara, fazíamos compras no mercado (bonus), que é super perto, e cozinhávamos no próprio apartamento.

Appartamento nel centro di Reykjavík
L’appartamento è nel centro della città. Abbiamo ricevuto le indicazioni per il check-in via mail (va fatto su un iPad collocato all’ingresso della struttura in quanto la reception non ha personale) e in quel frangente ci siamo resi conto che c’era qualcosa che non andava. Avevamo infatti ricevuto un upgrade con cambio della struttura ma ciò non ci era stato comunicato. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a contattare telefonicamente un dipendente che ci ha informati della modifica. Abbiamo quindi raggiunto la nuova struttura (41 - A Townhouse Hotel), sempre nel centro di Reykjavík, dove abbiamo completato il self check in. Camera luminosa e spaziosa, con angolo cottura. Pulizia poco curata, soprattutto rispetto agli standard trovati in altre strutture islandesi.

Vi blev opgraderet til et andet lejlighedshotel A Townhotel 41 pgra Corona nedlukning. Lejligheden var rigtig fin, småproblemer blev løst med det samme af venligt personale, rengøring fin og beliggenheden perfekt

God oplevelse i Reykjavik
Ringede til hotellet en enkelt gang inden ankomst og der var svar med det samme. Kompetent medarbejder. Utrolig let indtjekning på en IPAD. Hotellet lå rigtig centralt og kan kun anbefale det.

Location good, cleanliness very bad
Good location, but very badly cleaned. We unfortunately booked for two separate nights in two rooms, and both were dirty. There was hair all along the ledge next to the bed at one property, and in the sink, on the chair, etc. at the next. The bathrooms definitely needed a better clean and refresh as well. No luck actually getting anyone from management on the phone while we were there, and we unfortunately now can't get in contact with them at all (hence me finally writing this reviews after trying to have a productive phone call with them for the last two weeks). Overall, great location. Minimal privacy (bathroom doors were either a sliding plywood door or made of glass, and you could hear people in other rooms).. but the lack of cleanliness and lack of management response was an incredible disappointment.

The apartment has a kitchen equipped with the necessary cooking utensils as well as a washer/drier. However there was not closet to hang our clothes/jackets. A simple open closet with hangers would have been useful.

The location is perfect, but not easy to check-in. The check-in system is too complicated to understand. Also, there is no instruction on how to use equipment in the room. This apartment is good for people quite used to travelling.

Excellent communication before visit and great value for money. Central location with easy on street parking nearby if you hire a rental car. Hired the budget studio apartment which was well equipped and ideal for a 4 night visit

Checking into apartment K was a bit like going on the crystal maze game show, the process was partly automated and humanised - but fun! For a review of the accommodation. I would say is the apartment was great as was the location and it's definitely worth experiencing. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot/powerful!

Had a great at stay at apartment k. Was a little bit hard to get in touch with the staff prior to the stay by mail and Phone but I finally made it in time. Not too friends-friendly apartment with a glasdoor between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment, so everyone Had to tell the other ones when they took a shower or needed to go to the toilet. Very close to the center of Reykjavik tho, and cheap parking in the area!

Reykjavik Winter Lights Festival
We absolutely fell in LOVE with the apartment upon entry. The style, design, comfort, size - everything. However, there was absolutely no chance of sleeping at all due to the sound level. Both nights people were raging in the streets until 5am so we didn't sleep a wink. It was too bad because it really was such an incredible home base. But based on our stay I sadly wouldn't stay there again.

2泊での滞在で利用しました。 レイキャビックの中心地にあるアパートメントホテルです。 チェックイン/アウトは無人で行いますが わたしたちの時はトラブルでうまくできず深夜にも関わらず対応していただきました。 私たちの部屋は少し離れたアパートメントのため 不穏な気持ちにもなりましたが とても広くて必要最低限のものも完備されていました。 キッチンも使えるので自炊もできます。 スープのおいしいカフェやパブも近くにありますし ツアーやコーチのバス停まで5分と利便性の高い場所でした。 クラブもあるので金土の夜お子様連れや 音に敏感な方は注意かと。 ただアイスランドの人は本当に親切なので いやな思いは1度もしませんでした。 なかなか気軽に行ける場所ではないですが 次訪れるときも利用したいです。

Double Charged and No Refund after 8 weeks
1. Double charged for my room and still waiting 2 months later for refund 2. Arrived at the booked location, after 15 minute wait a cleaner showed me how to get assistance. 3. Was told by assistant that my apartment was at another location. I was unable to walk due to injury 4. They gave me a dirty downgraded room and did not refund the money I paid for deluxe (also double charged) 5. Manager sent confirmation that they had given me a refund, however this was lies. 8 weeks later I am still trying to get my money back

we were given an upgrade which we thought great but alas it wasnt, we were given a room where the heating never worked propely ,tv never worked and blind was broken as well as being dirty, we were moved to another much small apartment which wasted part of our break and the room was sub standard and in the 4 days we were there never once was it cleaned or towels changed

This place is very awkward. That's about the best way i can explain it. I showed up to an empty lobby after being buzzed in without any questions. I entered my info into a kiosk and it said my room wasn't ready. No ETA just "try again later". Other people showed up and I ended up helping a bunch of people with the kiosk who spoke little to no English. Everyone got the same message and were confused. Finally, the messages switched to "your room is waiting for you" but that was't true. The rooms were still locked and people got locked outside when they tried to access their rooms. Finally, another guest told us we still needed to call a number for someone to show up. Not sure why checking in through the kiosk wouldn't alert The same person? The person who showed up seemed annoyed or frustrated that there were a dozen confused and tired guests all trying to figure out what to do. The room itself was very clean but I'd never want to stay here with another person as there's a glass bathroom door. There were some other annoyances like the toilet which drips loudly for ~60 minutes after each flush (only noticeable when trying to sleep 🙂), the kitchen sink doesn't hold water and the living room light was out. So, nothing horrible. It's just an awkward place to stay. Everything else worked and the bed was comfortable.

Thanks for your review, its much appreciated! On behalf of Apartment K, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you had with out or hotel. Our hotel is a Self Check in, and every step to check in is on a big sign in the lobby, there is says to call us after checking in into the kiosk. If the kiosk says that the room wasn't ready, it might have been because check in doesn't start until 3pm, and if you come before that we cant give you the room. Thank you for trying to help other guest, that was very nice of you. We have a 24/7 service and you can always call us from the lobby from at any time with any questions. I want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The bed was very comfy and tge kitchen was well stocked. Apartment was lovely and warm also.

よいアパートメントホテル
チェックインした建物の部屋に泊まりました。フロントスタッフの対応も非常によかったです。2階の角部屋は、ベットの位置が1階隣の服屋さんのスピーカー設置部と近く、朝9時から夜10時まで毎日ズンズンと低音の騒音が聞こえるので、フロントスタッフに無理言って別のタイプの部屋に替えてもらいました。建物の奥の部屋は最初の部屋と比べると信じられないくらい静かでした。料理ができるので、自炊したい人におすすめ、繁華街に近く歩いて3分くらいに大型スーパーもある(繁華街と反対方向)のでよいと思います。

Localisation ideale dans le centre, facile à trouver tres bien aménagé cuisine équipée en totalité rien ne manquait. Appartement très propre matelas super confortable, assez calme malgre la localisation centrale, on aurait juste apprécié que le niveau de café soit ré ajusté durant le séjour :)
