"Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff. "

"The staff, the beak fast…. The ambiance….the room…. Everyone is so nice, from the bellman to the supervisor. Just notice 1 thing, towels are kind of dirty white color, they need to replace their towels"

"Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents."

"閑静な高級住宅地のそばにあり平日は近くの工業団地のサラリーマンが多く週末は現地の家族のリゾートとしているようです。期間をおいての利用でしたがスタッフが覚えていてくれたのには感激でした。併設のレストランは日本食が美味しくリーズナブルです。ゆっくりしたい方やゴルフを楽しむ方にはおすすめします。"

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"The place is nice and ideal for the family. The pool is heated and open until 10 pm. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to accommodate our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it."

"Bereits der 2. Aufenthalt in diesem liebevollen Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. Das Personal hat dies auch mit Bereitstellung von Besteck und Geschirr/Gläsern unterstützt. Das Internet ist zeitweise nicht sehr schnell, insbesondere am Nachmittag und frühen Abend, ist aber...

"スーペリアとスタンダードデラックス両方に決まりましたが、両方ともシャワールームの水がトイレにそのまま流れ込み取りに行くたびに足元が濡れるのは不快でした。それ以外は、Wi-Fi含め悪いではなく、ルームサービスの朝食はおいしかったです。"

"Péssimo para a relação custo beneficio, o hall inteiro do hotel tem cheiro de velho e muito mofo, é impossível manter o ar ligado porque a central é extramamente fria e vc não consegue ajustar a temperatura sem contar um mal cheiro do ar que acredito não passar por uma limpeza troca de filtros a anos, sujeira é algo bem normal nas Filipinas… Sem contar a desorganização na recepção para fazer check in sempre cheio e com pouca flexibilidade de horário as 15hs acumula muita gente para fazer check in gerando transtorno…"
