"No working hottub which was the main reason we picked this one. And the room was not clean. Fresh still wet stains on the floor, dirty towel in bathroom, and last guest dirty clothes found in the drawer, and door peep hole plugwith paper. They did move us with no issues, but next room had missing security lock and damaged refrigerator, as well as the same issue with door."

"Room was modern and clean. Common areas were well maintained. I used the gym and was pleased with the machines and equipment. The free breakfast was great and included pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat, and a variety of other items. Location was ideal for my visit. I will stay at the Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield the next time I am in the area."

"Overall, our stay was good. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. I appreciated the coffee/tea station open all day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower didn’t feel the cleanest but it showed some age and the rest of the room was clean. The location was safe and close to a lot of restaurant options."
