The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. "

The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful. The Palms is near Harold Wood station, where you get on the Elizabeth line to take you to Heathrow airport or connect other places in the UK. Amber cabs are available to take you to the train stations or...
