"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay"

"Room is spacious, well setting. Nice view of water show. However the location is not an ideal, not close to food. The breakfast buffet is terrible, not variety, food isn't fresh, same exact thing everyday. "

"Phòng ốc đẹp, sạch sẽ chuẩn 5 sao, view biển đẹp rất thích, phòng 2 ngủ rộng thoáng, có bếp nấu mỳ cơ bản và hâm đồ ăn cho em bé, tủ lạnh đầy đủ tiện nghi, quản gia thân thiện, chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, đặt mùa này giá tốt, được miễn phí khu vui chơi trẻ em tấng 3, ở khách sạn có bể bơi trong nhà và vô cực ngoài trời nhưng không năm trong tiện ích phòng, ai sử dụng sẽ mua vé ở lễ tân tòa B tầng 1 ạ. Sẽ quay lại nha! cảm ơn KS!"

"The room is perfect and modern. The wifi was a bit of a problem but Jess tried to take care of things. The pool is not heated and the restaurant is expensive. Consider walking a block to get coffee at 1/3 the price as the coffee shop in the hotel.is expensive. C"
