"The house was wonderful and centrally located. The pool was so nice, the lounge chairs were clean, and the pool water was the perfect temperature to cool off after a day in the Tuscan sun. We shared the pool with a rather large group in the neighboring house, but had it to ourselves for one day before they arrived. "Having experienced more than a dozen Villas in Tuscany, Liguria and Piemento, this one was beyond expectations. The scenery and landscape are really beautiful, the Villa itself just perfect. Modern, but simultaneously authentic. And the pool. Wow.Just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our purposes - and, the most important one; the kitchen. We also ordered Paolo di Berti, a local chef to prepare us a memorable dinner. Delicious.Thanks for a lovely experience."

"Das Ferienhaus ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit großem Garten. Das Haus liegt ca. 5km von Monteverdi entfernt in einer ruhigen, kleinen Siedlung. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit und unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 20min mit dem Auto. Ebenso finden sich an der Küste alle nötigen Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In Monteverdi und Sassetta kann man bei authentischer italienischer Gastfreundlichkeit hervorragend Essen gehen. Für uns war er rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub...

The house is a real jewel, the view from the terrace absolutely unique and the resort with its gardens, historic walls, pool (quote our kids “best private pool ever seen”) and tennis court is just amazing - the perfect place to relax! The house has a real historic flair and is perfectly equipped - don’t expect full 2025 technical standard but we really did not miss anything. "Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Etwas abgelegen, aber das muss man eben in Kauf nehmen. Dafür wird man mit einem Traumhaften Blick belohnt. Der Pool liegt am Hang und ist ein Invinity Pool, dh Du liegst im Wasser und schaust übers Land. Nachteil. Bälle fliegen weit weg. Das Hsus ist sehr alt, aber mit Atmosphäre. Pizzaofen war genial."

"Wir haben mit unseren zwei Jüngsten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Ferienwoche verbracht. Raffaela und Roberto sind zwei wirklich wundervolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Die ehemalige Mühle liegt wunderschön am Fuße eines kleinen Berghanges und vom Garten aus kann man sogar einen Blick auf die Festungsmauern von Monteriggioni erhaschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und passend eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht ist...

"Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht."
