"Wow! Even better than the photos. The house is very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Alessandro was the perfect host and was very welcoming. We spent most days in the pool and evenings sitting on the patio area watching the wildlife. It was the perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and towns. I only wish our stay had been longer and I really hope we can return. "

"Es har uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Terasse wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch Roberto immer nett und sehr zeitnah.Wir würden uns für die Zukunft über Auflagen für die Liegen an der Wohnung freuen. Falls irgendwann mal die Matratze im Doppelbett getauscht würde, wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Dann wird man nicht wach, wenn die andere Person sich dreht oder aufsteht."

"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique maison au coeur du beau village. Nous avons pu profiter du beau jardin. La maison est équipée de tout pour cuisiner. La literie est confortable et la décoration très jolie. La localisation est excellente car proche de la mer à environ 15 min et de nombreux beaux villages. Marco nous a donné de bons conseils, a été flexible et la communication était fluide. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!C'est un endroit ressourçant et chaleureux."

"Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

"Das Ferienhaus ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit großem Garten. Das Haus liegt ca. 5km von Monteverdi entfernt in einer ruhigen, kleinen Siedlung. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit und unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 20min mit dem Auto. Ebenso finden sich an der Küste alle nötigen Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In Monteverdi und Sassetta kann man bei authentischer italienischer Gastfreundlichkeit hervorragend Essen gehen. Für uns war er rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub...

"This is a lovely village and an exceptional house. The kitchen was large and cool as it was on the bottom floor. The garden was a delight and we spent many hours dining al fresco sipping local wine. One caution is if you do not like stairs, this might not be your best location for you as there is a flight of stairs from the bedroom on the top floor to the main bathroom on the second floor and another flight to the kitchen. "Wir haben mit unseren zwei Jüngsten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Ferienwoche verbracht. Raffaela und Roberto sind zwei wirklich wundervolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Die ehemalige Mühle liegt wunderschön am Fuße eines kleinen Berghanges und vom Garten aus kann man sogar einen Blick auf die Festungsmauern von Monteriggioni erhaschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und passend eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht ist...
