"Es scheint zu meiner Reisezeit keine Saison zu sein. Das Restaurant hatte, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten länger angezeigt wurden, keine Speisen mehr im Angebot. Ein kühles Bier war noch möglich, aber die Möbel im Restaurationsbereich haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Gästezimmer sind neu renoviert und hier war alles in Ordnung. Auch das Frühstück bot eine ausreichende Auswahl. Insgesamt also ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis."
"I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat."

"Tudo excepcional, mas gostaria de colocar minha frustração na falta de informação correta, pois a fotos na reserva e a informação não são claras sobre ficar no anexo do outro lado do Hotel principal, acho que tem que ter a informação mais clara, a beleza e qualidade é excepcional.
Alterei minha rota da viagem só para ficar no Grandhotel Pupp e não no Depandance Pupp Quisisana.
