"Recepção muito educada e orientativa. Registro que ao tentar abrir a garrafa não tinha saca rolha disponível no quarto e , ao buscar apoio no bar do hotel, não houve por parte dos funcionários nenhuma demonstração de boa vontade . Para resolver o problema me dirigi a Recepção e fui orientado a buscar o bar porém ao explicar o ocorrido a recepcionista teve a iniciativa de ela mesma solucionar o problema. Face a esse episódio, destaco ter sido uma falha duplamente grave pois não tinha saca-rolhas no quarto e a falta de vontade do atendente / responsável do bar resolver o problema "
