"2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town, this studio condo has everything you need. Step out the door, and you are on the beach. A very nice pool to take a dip, and they even have some kayaks if you want some time on the water. The room was great. We opened the windows during the day to let the breeze keep the room comfortable, but did use the AC at night to sleep. "We were oceanfront. The property is amazing and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We ate out but the kitchen has plenty of stuff if you want to cook. Recommend renting a golf car from the property, the island is small but it was really nice to ride around. We will be coming back for a longer stay."

"Vivienne was an absolute sweetheart, view is incredible. Interior is very basic but clean and felt safe. Great spot to crash to the sea breeze if you’re going to be out and about more than in your room. "

"We had an amazing stay in the most beautiful place on Caye Caulker. Ron and Rhonda were wonderful hosts. We experienced the best customer service with manager Gene who coordinated our snorkeling excursion with Mario’s Sailing and my Advanced Open Water Dive course with Oliver at French Angel Expedition. Gene’s coordination with transportation to and from the island was flawless. Recommend flying versus the water taxi, the view from above was breathtaking. We are definitely going back! "

"Everything as advertised and then some. What a great place and wonderful stay! Diana (the host) and Crystal (housekeeping) made me part of their little family complete with assorted pets and animals (resident dogs, chickens and iguanas). And, as well as, inviting me along gor social activities such as a local weekly trivia game night. I have been to many guesthouses and B&B’s all over the world and this was a first rate operation. From help booking day trips, renting a golf cart, restaurant...

"Was a great place to stay. Location was convenient and the pool and hot tub were a wonderful plus to the property. The house was spacious and had a nice lay out. There was construction going on that started early in the morning and last throughout the day that took some getting used to. Would stay again in the future. Property manager was very responsive and attentive. "

"This location was better than expected. The location was perfect and the facilities were superb. We really enjoyed being able to rent the bikes to explore Caye Caulker. Also, the onsite laundry service insured we went home looking and smelling suave. We would definitely recommend Palmetto Garden."

"From the initial minute we booked this site CiCi was amazing. We loved our stay. We had a nice sized room with all kitchen necessities, small oven/stove, microwave, toaster and coffee pot with coffee and sugar. She thinks of everything that would make the stay better. The bed was SUPER comfortable which is not something I always say. The bathroom had all needed items. They offered to clean our room more than once but we did not need anything other than towel exchanges and toilet paper :)...

"O hotel é na beira da praia, apesar da aparência de antigo, o quarto que ficamos (o primeiro à direita, de frente pro mar) era bem confortável, bem equipado, cama e travesseiros bons. Valeu pelo preço acessível em comparação aos demais. Super perto de todo o comércio e da vida da pequena ilha, e do píer de onde chegam/saem os barcos. Tivemos apenas um problema, deixei meu boné na recepção assim que chegamos (16h), e de manhã quando me dei conta e fui lá pegar, ninguém tinha visto, falaram que não encontraram. "
