"Equipe, quarto, hotel excelente."

"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...

"Personal amable y preocupado.

"It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could. Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't...

"Truly stunning resort. Spotlessly clean, amazing food, friendly attentive staff. Wonderful scenery. "

"The house was great. Aldo was a helpful host, but we did not see any elves or fairies! Maybe next time!"
