"I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples, however, 01 room was in the basement and the must smell was strong. One room was prepared for a single, with only 01 pillow and 1 towel. It was 00:30hs and we had to call the 24 hs service. We got the second pillow and towel but, it was not possible to change the room in the basement.
