Fantastic Home!
Thank you for letting us all stay in your home. The views were relaxing and the ability to just go downstairs to walk around the lake was perfect. The open concept living was lovely because we could all socialize together in one space and depart to our private quarters. Thank you again for having us and we will for sure reserve again!

Tournament Vacation
My family and another used this property during our kids' baseball tournament. It worked great for everyone. The location on the water and proximity to the shopping mall made for a great time.

PERFECT! Amazing views!
This lake house was exactly what I was looking for. Stunning views of the lake made for a relaxing environment - even better than the photos! Beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities I needed. Close to everything. I could not have been happier with my stay! Plenty of space for family and friends. Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Large, gorgeous space!!!
This house and location was BEAUTIFUL. Even bigger than we all imagined, very comfortably accommodated 11 people. Got to roller skate and walk the trail around the Marina. The house was perfectly clean and well stocked with cookware, utensils, tea, and coffee. Thank you for the stay!

Great place for pyramid lake group fishing trip
8 of us stayed at the house for 4 nights and fished for 3 days. Super convenient for going out to dinner each night. Great place to hang out together. Very roomy and comfortable.

family vacation
We rented both houses in the neighborhood and it worked out perfect for our large group. Houses were within walking distance and everyone had a great time. Super close to the casino, mall, waterpark and bowling/arcade/gocarts, etc.

Great location
Very nicely located for walking and shopping. Enjoyed the night time sunsets. Lots of room for our group to enjoy tome together but yet 4 floors to spread out! Would have liked to see the place a little cleaner, felt the cleaning was just on the surface not deep, but for the little amount of time we spent in the location it was nice. We would look to stay here or in this area on a future trip.

Great stay! Great home!
This house was perfect for our needs. It is In a great location with lots of shopping close by, a beautiful lake, nice walking paths around the lake, and beach volleyball. The house was large enough for our group of 10 adults and could have accommodated a few more. It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Beds were comfy. Plenty of room to spread out. Does need a new refrigerator /ice maker. But overall great location walking distance to food, fun, shopping. The views of the lake and snow capped mountains were beautiful.

Overall everything was perfect. I had no troubles!
My family and I celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday. We had no troubles at all checking in. The home was very clean and all the amenities were a plus. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay immensely! Beautiful home and perfection location!
Nice prime location, next to The Legends Shops at Sparks Marina & beautiful views. Drove up to Donner Summit snow park one of our days to build a snowman! Stayed in for all our meals, BBQ’d our last night & enjoyed the cozy family room by the warm fireplace to watch some good movies. Will definitely want to come stay again & strongly recommend it to all my friend & family in Cali! Thank you Derick!⛄️ The Williams Family

Best home in reno
The House was very clean and well organized it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. The property management contact were very welcoming and easy to deal with. Rent it with confidence!

Sparks weekend getaway
Great location with easy access to many of the great activities Reno has to offer. Neighborhood had lots of activity. Definitely would recommend this location for any type of vacationers

Amazing lakefront house
Nicely renovated in a cool neighborhood close to EVERTHING: parks, casinos, downtown reno, etc. The place was clean and spacious for my entire family of 15. Beds were soooo comfortable and we appreciated all of the finer details the owner provides. We gave my parents the master bedroom and the grandkids slept in the hideaway located in the master bedroom. They loved it. All of the amenities were available. Derick even had Keurig coffee - my favorite!! Host was super responsive and it was all great.
