Pleasant and very bright T3 not overlooked of 58m2 (2 bedrooms) on the 8th and last floor with elevator, totally unobstructed views of the rooftops of Rennes to the East and West, close to amenities (mini-market, crossroads city, bus, tobacconist, pharmacy...), in a residence with park, direct access to the promenade on the banks of the Vilaine which goes to the center of Rennes, 5 minutes walk from the new Baud park and the Oberthür park, 10 minutes walk from the Thabor park, 15 to 20 minutes walk from the train station and the hyper center via the Promenade des Bonnets Rouges along the Vilaine. 2 Outdoor parking spaces accessible with badge (you park where there is space). Thank you for making the apartment tidy and clean (vacuum cleaner, clean and tidy dishes...). Sheets/towels/dish towels will be washed by myself.
