Le Pink - Studio tout confort

Ty Color's is a tall half-timbered building situated on one of the most beautiful pedestrianised streets in the historic centre of Rennes. We offer three studio flats that can be rented separately or together: Le Pink, Le Green and Le Blue.

Completely renovated at the end of 2019, Le Pink has everything you need for a wonderful stay, whether for a few days or a few weeks: linen provided, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi.

Right in the city centre, you’ll have easy access to the main attractions: the Jacobins Convent, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Town Hall and Parliament Squares, shops, restaurants and more. Public transport is a 5-minute walk away.

The accommodation
Ty Color’s is one of those buildings unlike any other; with its narrow staircase and whitewashed walls, it has retained its authentic character.
Located on the first floor, accessible via stairs, the Le Pink studio combines old-world charm with modernity: stone walls, wooden floors, and more.

It is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) and a sleeping area with a double bed and TV.
- A bathroom fitted with a 90x90 shower, a vanity unit with washbasin and a wall-hung toilet

For your comfort, your bed will be made up on arrival. We also provide towels and tea towels for washing up, and a fan is available.

The neighbourhood
You’ll be close to the Town Hall and Place des Lices (and its large Saturday morning market). You can explore the Parliament of Brittany, the Jardin du Thabor, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Champs Libres, the Saint Georges swimming pool, the conference centre, the Jacobins Convent… You can also enjoy meals at some excellent restaurants and go shopping in the many shops, such as Galeries Lafayette, which is just down the road, or the numerous small craft shops.

Transport
All forms of transport (bus, metro, cycle…) are within a 5-minute walk (bus stops and metro stations at République or Sainte Anne).
Travelling by car? A pay-and-display car park is located near the flat (Parking des Lices).

Simplified self-check-in: For your convenience and flexibility, you can access the accommodation independently from 4 pm. The keys are in a code-secured box, located directly inside the building.
