Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, between Place de la Mairie and Place Sainte-Anne, nearby from the Jacobins convent, the Honoré apartment is in a beautiful historic condominium. The location of this apartment, in a lively street of the city center, is perfect to enjoy restaurants, bars and stores on foot.


With a surface area of 50m², the apartment, recently renovated, consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a lounge and a dining room. Upstairs, an open bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with toilet.

The Honoré apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment has all the comforts of home:

- Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) and beds made upon arrival.
- Products available on site such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee...
- Fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle)
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer are available on site...

We also have the accommodation "La Tourelle" which is located in front of the Honoré if you wish to stay with family or friends during your stay in Rennes.
The street is currently under construction.

Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 250 meters from the accommodation, about a 3-minute walk.

You will be welcomed on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you the apartment and give you the keys.
