The patio has a serene lounge area with seating facing the bay for coffee or dining. It offers everything anyone could possibly want for a luxurious, quiet, peaceful retreat to the Hamptons.

Guests have access to all shared spaces on the property exterior including the gunite pool, waterfall jacuzzi, extra wide grandfathered dock and bulkhead. There may be literally no better place to enjoy a breathtaking sunset.
Please note the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor sinks and certain other outdoor amenities are currently closed for the winter season and will reopen in spring.

We are close to dozens of vineyards, shopping, movies and several golf courses. (15 miles from the home of the 2018 PGA US Open golf tournament at Shinnecock Hills, Southampton). Several golf courses nearby include Shinnecock Hills (PGA US Open), Indian Lake and Cherry Hill.

Beautiful beaches, the town of Westhampton, movies and performing arts center are within 10 minutes drive. We are 15 minutes from the North Fork wineries, breweries and Tanger Outlets. we are only 1.5 miles from restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, and New York`s finest bagel shops.
