We offer you a magnificent Haussmann-style apartment, consisting of 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 desks. A large, very bright living room with a view of the Rue de l’Etape. A large fully renovated and equipped kitchen with a dining area. Finally a bright shower room.

Located in an essential street in downtown Reims between Place d'Erlon and Place du Forum and a few meters from the Subé fountain.

Close to all amenities and shops as well as many historic places such as Reims Cathedral

Throughout your stay, we recommend that you get around on foot as much as possible. In fact, you will be close to many must-see sites in the city of Reims.

Any inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with the rules in force in the apartment and within the co-ownership will result in heavy sanctions.
For any request, even in an emergency, please send us a message directly via the reservation platforms. This allows us to respond to you more quickly, we will be able to contact you if necessary.

Illegal activities such as trafficking and prostitution are obviously prohibited in the building. Any inappropriate behavior will be punished.
You will be charged for any damage.

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are made independently, access arrangements are sent the same day of arrival at the beginning of the afternoon. Arrivals are possible from 4:00 p.m. ONLY.
Regarding departures, they are at 11:00 a.m. MAXIMUM, there is no point in asking us to stay later, we no longer accept due to too much abuse.

Check-Out / Departure

We hope your stay was pleasant. We remind you that departures are at 11:00 a.m. maximum.
In order to prepare for your departure, we thank you for following the following rules:

Remove the sheets from the bed and gather all the dirty laundry
Do your dishes
Take out the trash (put bags out on the street after 6:00 p.m.)

The keys will be returned to the same place as when you arrived.

You can arrive independently from 4:00 p.m. by collecting the keys in a box.

We will send you all the necessary information the same day of your arrival in the early afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are regularly changed, which is why we send them at the last minute. and sent at the last minute.
