Welcome to our minimalist studio in the heart of Reims. As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the brightness of this living space with its modern, Scandinavian design, offering a soft and warm atmosphere. The main room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a lounge/TV area, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The two large French windows each open onto a small private balcony, the perfect place to let in fresh air or enjoy a morning coffee.

The studio includes:

A sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed
Two small private balconies
A functional modern kitchen, fully equipped (coffee machine, kettle, stovetop)
A convivial dining area
A modern bathroom with a shower and separate toilet
High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected

This apartment is ideal for a tourist stay to discover the City of Coronations (a traditional nickname for Reims) or for a business trip.
Possibility of short or medium-term rental.

To make your stay even more pleasant, we offer several additional services upon request: luggage storage on weekdays (Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.), extra linen, additional cleaning, or the preparation of a bottle of champagne for your arrival 🍾
Rules and Important Information for Your Stay

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we thank you for reading and respecting the following points:

House Rules

No smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke, even at the window.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly prohibited.

Respect for the property: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided for your use.

Respect for neighbors: Please respect the quiet of the building during your stay.

Illegal activities: Any illicit activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate sanctions.

Damage: Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.

Respect for the environment: Please!
Do not set the heating in the accommodations to excessive temperatures!!
28-29°C (approx. 82-84°F) is not possible!!
Be mindful of the planet!

Communication

For any request, including in case of emergency, please contact us directly via the booking platform. This allows us to respond to you more quickly, and we will know how to contact you if necessary.

Arrival Procedure

Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-access. The details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Information Collection and Security Deposit

In the interest of safety and protection for the properties we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival:

Proof of identity: We require proof of identity for every adult traveler present at the time of booking. This ensures secure management for everyone.

Security deposit: On certain platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, following verification of the property.

This information will need to be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. This form is perfectly secure, and the information collected is used only for the purpose of the booking. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.

This registration form has been set up to ensure the security of the properties we manage, as well as to allow you to arrive independently at the time of your choice. If, however, this procedure poses a problem for you for reasons of security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the option to send us the requested information by email, or to come directly to our agency during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, by appointment.

All this information will be gathered in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:

Essential information about your stay (Wi-Fi codes, rules to respect, etc.)

A guide to the city and its must-see attractions

Our additional services for a tailor-made stay

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)

Before leaving the property, we ask you to:
Remove the bed sheets and gather all dirty linen.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as when you arrived.

Departure: Departures must take place before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.

You can check in independently from 4:00 PM by retrieving the keys from a lockbox.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire studio, including the terrace.
We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival in the early afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
