At check in, we authorize your card for incidentals which is only an authorization and not a charge. That authorization will show as pending for around 5 to 7 business days after check out, then it will be released back to you. That process depends on your bank. By now, you should see the pending authorization released back to your account. We will work with our front desk and use this as a teaching opportunity to ensure incidental authorizations are explained at check in.
