Perfect location
We came down for the winter Schellville event and we were just 3 minutrs away. Also less than ten to Rehoboth so that was perfect. Plenty of space for.us to spread out and our terrier was happy as well. Truely recommend

Very Good Deal
very nice house, close to everything, we parked 3 cars with no problem, we had to bring linens but everything else we needed was there. Beds were very comfortable, Owner answered any questions I had almost immediately. would rent againt

Great spot for dog owners
As is frequently the case with rentals, the place was a little tired and the cleaning crew doesn't do a great job, but the fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs. It is a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute drive from Rehoboth's main street, as well as 8 minutes from Dewey's city center. We look forward to renting it again when we get the chance to get back to the area.

Good location
We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Well located, near Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. There's a shortcut through the neighborhood to downtown without having to drive down highway 1, which is a nightmare! If we return to Rehoboth, we would try to rent this property again.

Great house!
This house was spacious, clean, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed. It’s also a great location right off Rt 1 and we could walk to a few restaurants and outlets and go a back way to avoid traffic get to downtown Rehoboth.

Great beach get away property for the whole family including pets
This property is in prime location. No need to go on The high traffic road if Rt 1. Everything is right there, food, groceries, bike trail. You can even take the back way into rehoboth, and the board walk is a short bike ride away. My dogs loves the fenced in area.

Owner was very responsive, even text us to let us know house was ready a little early. Had one issue right after we arrived and he came within minutes to check it out. Only negative of our stay was the bathrooms were in need of a good cleaning. But overall a great experience

Spacious house in quiet area
Our family—grandparents, adult children, grandchildren, and dog, stayed for a week in August. Open living area with dining room and kitchen was very comfortable, easy to cook in kitchen, and be part of family activity at the same time. Bedrooms were comfy. The backyard and deck were fine for the dog, and the neighborhood was great for walking the dog too, We enjoyed having an outdoor shower after returning from beach and sand. Rehoboth Beach is about a mile drive on mostly secondary roads so you can avoid Route 1 most of the way. On the other hand, you also have Route 1 a short drive away, with terrific restaurants, supermarkets etc. AND the house is walking distance from the wonderful Breakwater Trail for walking, running, and biking. This is a quiet suburban-like neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Nice place all in all.. Couple of minor issues..
Beautiful property. A little disappointed that the backyard had gravel for the backyard, making it difficult for the 4 pups to walk out there. 😔 Also, cleaning wasn't done under furniture where there was broken glass. Glad we found it B4 pups or adults were injured. Also, the bbq grill literally blew up in our face. Apparently, the grease cup underneath was completely full of grease and caught fire. Thankfully, there was a fire extinguisher available as there was no way we were going to put that out without the fire department coming. Owner was out of town but very responsive via text. Very reasonable also. Thanks Quang!

We have rented this property several times in the past mainly because they allow dogs. It has consistently been a clean and well maintained home. The owner has managed to over the years provide a good value for the price compared to what's available .

Dead Center of All Things Rehoboth
Well kept property and great hosts! Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and the open floor plan for our family. This was the most perfectly, in the center location we've ever stayed at in all our years visiting the shore. Unless you have to be right at the beach, this place is perfect. NOTHING more than 15 minutes away.

Lovely Property In Rehoboth
House was just as advertised, spacious with lots of updates. It was only my husband, myself, and our dog so we had lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. House was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and stores. It was the perfect getaway.

Quaint and lovely location
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was perfect..just a short drive to a nice, clean, low-key beach area and a short distance from the hubbub of the boardwalk. The neighborhood was perfect--quiet and had a cute market a block away with great ice cream and BBQ. Quang, the owner, was really kind and responsive when we had an issue with the backdoor. He immediately came to fix it. Everything in the house was very neat and tidy, however, the floors were very dirty and I needed to mop them. I took it upon myself to do this instead of contacting Quang but in hindsight, I have no doubt that had I brought it up he would have taken care of it.

This house is well maintained, clean and the owner is very responsive to requests. For example, one of the showers had an issue with the drain and within 15 minutes of calling the owner, it was fixed. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and functional property in quiet neighborhood, driving (but bike-able) distance to the beach (state parks are best), with lovely farmers market at the end of the street. We appreciate the attentiveness of the owner when prior tenant did not leave garage door opener and parking pass. We also appreciate that property had boogie boards and beach chairs for use!

Amazing Stay
I and my friends stayed here. We had a amazing time, It was our second time staying in Delaware, and this time around was so much better. We were closer to the beach and so many great restaurants, the house was space out and perfect for our pets. The backyard was great, I love staying here and didn’t want to leave. This house had plenty of room for myself and my family. The living space was great the backyard was less inviting being covered in rocks, but my kids enjoyed looking at them. I was under the impression it was a little closer to the beach given the description at how you can bike there. I didn't realize how busy some of the roads were to get to the beach. It was a surprise to find that there were no dish towels. I suppose I should have guessed. But it was a bit of a surprise! All in all still a great stay!!
