Just 3 miles from downtown Rehoboth it is the private downstairs of a modern duplex that includes the owners amenities and features. There are two bedrooms, the owners with an attached bathroom providing a separate shower and soaking tub with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a full bed. There is also a half bathroom off the main hallway. A full modern kitchen with bar seating, nice cozy living room with two sofa’s, washer and dryer, a large open front porch, screened back porch, and shared backyard area with a BBQ grill.
