Cozy Condo at the Beach

Two bedroom condo half a block from the beach. Excellent location - 5 blocks from Rehoboth avenue. Ocean view from deck and windows in main bedroom.

Amenities as follows:
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious living room with dining nook. Half bath on first floor. There is a full flight of steps to the second floor of the condo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a twin trundle pullout. Alternatively, the main entrance area of the condo has a den and a full size sofa bed. This condo can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo has two parking spots (front to back). High speed internet and 3 Smart TVā€™s included. Coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker are all in the unit. Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (Mariners Court) and there is elevator access.

Additional information:
- Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per rental.
- No Pets allowed per condo association rules, no exceptions.
- Luggage trolley available for use.
- Community pool (not heated) for use in season - Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
- Small front loading washer and dryer in condo.
- High speed internet with 3 Smart TV's. Please note there is no cable service. You will need your own Roku, Firestick, or other streaming device to access cable tv. The TV's do have Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc apps, available with your own log in information.
- Small deck located off living room with 4 chairs, and a table with umbrella.
- Covered parking garage under condo building with room for 2 small cars or one oversized vehicle or SUV/truck. Clearance to garage entrance is 7 feet. No roof racks, trailers, boats, campers, or RV's please. No EV charging available.
- Bed and bath linens NOT provided, but available from local linen service for a fee. If you would like to rent linens, we recommend Grand Rental. Reserve linens ahead of time by calling 302-227-7368, or online at www.227rent.com
- There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or beach towels provided. Please bring your own. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach for daily and weekly rates.

Pleasant stay just steps from the beach and town!

We had a very nice stay at this property. The first half of our stay was just my husband and me, and then our two teen sons joined us for the second half.The condo was lovely, in both good weather and bad (we had days on end of chilly temperatures and rain). I hadn't known that the property was two stories until we got there but I liked the separation of the living and sleeping space. The primary bedroom has a view of a couple of the rides at Funland and both bedrooms have glimpses of the ocean. I also appreciated that there was a half bath downstairs in addition to the full bathroom upstairs.The temperature control was easy to use, the HVAC responsive, and all of the light switches were helpfully labeled. The front door keypad was also easy to use, and we appreciated not having to carry a key. Everything was in good working order, although a heads up that the seat and flush handle are slightly loose on the upstairs toilet.My sons said that their beds were comfortable. My husband and I did not find the memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom comfortable, but I am not deducting a star rating because mattress preference is so personal. A pleasant surprise is that the parking space for this unit can accommodate two cars.The best thing about the condo is the location. We could be on the beach and boardwalk within two minutes, and the entire town was walkable. Thanks to the owners for the binder with detailed restaurant descriptions; we tried so many restaurants!

A perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our 35th anniversary! Iā€™ve been wanting to stay in a geodome. It was so cool! Everything was lovely, very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. We loved the covered outdoor area with soaking tub and campfires. Great trails nearby for hiking. We chose to hang out and enjoy the peace and privacy but thereā€™s a lot to do nearby. Rob was very responsive and provided very helpful information. We also appreciated it being pet-friendly. Wonderful stay!

Perfect location. Steps away from the beach and the boardwalk, and on a quiet family-friendly block. Condo was clean, safe, and had plenty of space for our family. The owners left a binder with a lot of local recommendations which was very helpful. The Indian restaurant ā€œIndigoā€ was phenomenal!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We had older and younger people who require as little walking as possible back and forth to the beach and nearby activities. Thereā€™s plenty of restaurants in short walking Distance and the location is right next to the beach. Thereā€™s also a lovely pool to use.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo is in a great location just steps to the ocean! Very clean and stocked with the necessities. We arrived into town early so I contacted the owner about the possibility of early check-in and we were able to do so after grabbing lunch. We had to contact the property manager about a minor issue with the kitchen sink and he was very pleasant to deal with and addressed the minor issue right away. We will definitely stay here again.

Another amazing stay

This was our second year staying here and we had another great stay! The house has everything our family of 5 needs and is the perfect location to the beach, boardwalk and Funland. We also love the pool and balcony, the pool attendants are always very friendly and helpful. Our only notable complaint is the 10am check out is tough with 3 littles to get packed and out the door on time. We canā€™t wait to come back again next year! Thank you!
