"Rooms are comfortable and nicely renovated. The bathrooms are shared but there are four of them, so plenty to share. "

"No communication from property re road closures, no signs for where to check in. Room was smalll as expected, but the bathroom had a horrible smell to it. Tiles were cracked and coming off wall. There was mould on the glass shower screen and along the bottom of the tiles. Room had no blockout blinds and the bed sagged in the middle. We left the 2nd night of our booking and paid for to stay elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommended to others"

"The park was nice and clean. The water park and pool are great areas for the kids. Very small play ground. The cabin floor was dirty, chocolate and foil on the floor. Our baby has severe allergies and if he ate the chocolate, it would of ment a trip to hospital. The bins absolutely stank, there was 5 stray cats eating out of some of the bins. Even the whelly bin next to the pool smelt foul. They need cleaning properly. "

"Comfortable but tired and over priced. Grounds were weedy and untidy. No black tea was provided only green tea and instant coffee. "

"Fix shower head in small bathroom. Provide top sheets. Clean up all the broken, dirty, dusty items lying around the place. Provide cushions for outside chairs and a clean environment to sit out there. "
