"Very friendly staff and very helpful, they genuinely want you to have a nice time. The location is beautiful as well as the breakfast was delicious. The room was really spacious, even the corridor leading to the room. Bike rental was easy and inexpensive, beautiful area to go cycling with many cycle routes."
"Er werd nog aan het hotel gewerkt toen wij er waren maar daar hebben we totaal geen last van gehad. Alles wat klaar was, was super netjes en van hoge kwaliteit. Het is echt een fijne plek om te verblijven. Het personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was perfect! Als we hier in de buurt nogmaals willen verblijven dan staat dit hotel boven aan onze lijst."
"The staff were super nice and helpful! The room we had viewed the castle which is beautiful day or night.
I did have trouble getting comfortable in the bed it was slightly harder than my liking. My husband didn’t mind!
Our only thing was the water from the open shower flowed out so I had piled the edge with towels so we it wouldn’t flood the bathroom or potentially slip getting out.
Otherwise everything was great"

Fiquei muito decepcionado com minha reserva no EXPEDIA uma vez que até o dia anterior a reserva estava firma no site do EXPEDIA. Decepção total com o EXPEDIA."
"Tolles Hotel mit herzlichen Gastgebern und guter Empfehlung
Im Hotel Moseltor in Traben-Trarbach haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und nett, und das Frühstück war super. Besonders schön war auch die Empfehlung für die Planwagenfahrt, die vom Hotel kam. Die Kommunikation dort war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert.
