"The cabin was exactly as described. We loved the wrap around porch and that it was gated. So our granddaughter could run and play and we could set and relax and not have to chase a toddler down. The only down side was they were working on the cabin next door to us. And they had dogs. I love dogs, we have dogs. But we don’t allow our dogs to run everywhere and certainly not to other property. The dogs were small but very aggressive and they would not listen to the owner and return on their own....

"We had a wonderful time at Coulter Farmstead. The property is very family-friendly. The kids had a great time playing with the cows, goats, and chickens. They especially enjoyed getting to hold two newborn goats. Katie and Justice are both kind hosts and I enjoyed learning about the history of the buildings. The kids also want to mention that breakfast was delicious!"

"I was impressed with the exterior and interior. This was perfect for family. My wife lounged with the dogs and watched movies while the kids and I worked at the diamond mine all day. At night it was very peaceful we enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit sitting and looking thru the centers we brought back that day. Would definitely go back"

"The cabin was cute and well maintained. Everything worked (A/C, hot water etc.). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location is somewhat remote, so keep that in mind. It was a 20 minute drive to anything. Our only real complaint was the bedroom area was small. There was only enough room on the sides of the bed for one of us to get out, so I had to slide down the bed to get out."

"No one in the office. Pushed a ring door bell someone came from across the highway. Just was told key was in the cabin and that it was unlocked. Didn’t see a sole the whole weekend. We were left to find for ourselves. I cleaned the ac filter it was yucky and it worked better. The mattress was awful. Beds need replaced. We did enjoy the stay. It was within yards of the crater. Not sure if I will stay again."

"The family loved space. We a nice get away off the path and not far from the Diamond field, fishing close, and stores including Wal-Mart not to far. All the rooms are spacious and plenty of seating. Planning on returning again same time next year."

"The cabin was beautiful! It was overlooking the river, out in the woods. The cabin was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Did have a bit of mothballs smell but not too bad. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"This was a wonderful place to meet family for a visit. It is quiet and calm. The birds were singing most of the time and the space was well equipped for family meals. We brought our dogs and they enjoying laying on the large front porch while we played cards on afternoons. It was a short drive to the touristy activity in Broken Bow. The property manager was fantastic! We met her family and they were all so kind."
