"The staff and stay was great. Could use some updating. "

"Clean hotel and very comfortable. However the service staff is not very helpful. Several times I approached the front desk to find no one was there. We went to the pool area which is nice, however the shelf where you are supposed to pick up clean pool towels was always empty. We were forced to use our bathroom towels. Afterwards I called the front desk to request more towels and instead of bringing them up to my room I had to go down and get them. These are basic things expected at any hotel....

"Everyone who worked there was so lovely and helpful!! Our room was clean and nice. We slept so well. And the pool was very refreshing!! We would absolutely stay again and we would suggest this hotel to others. "
