"I honestly don’t usually leave reviews but after waiting for over an hour to check in and repeatedly given rooms that we’re already occupied I thought I would share. Once we were finally placed in the room we left our belongings and left to eat. Upon return our keys didn’t work. Come to find out they checked someone in our room while we were gone. Room wasn’t clean, shower had hair and leftovers from the previous guest, carpet wasn’t vacuumed etc. A very nice hotel but lack of cleaning and...

"I’ve machine on my floor was working and the trash hadn’t been taken out of my room from the previous guests but other than that it was a very nice hotel."

"The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. "

"What a nice stay at this Holiday Inn! The room was super clean, and this is a must for me! The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet and restful. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was decent and I especially loved the freshly brewed coffee that brews each cup individually while you wait! I would definitely stay again!"

"Newly opened in April of 2026. Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Fluffy and soft pillows. Friendly staff. One low point is that Google Map misdirect us to a wrong property due to its newness which wasn't the hotel's fault. Just for your information, search for directions to Crocker Barrel and the hotel is right next door. However the staff had sent the corrections to Google. It should work. If not, search direction of Crocker Barrel near the hotel's location."

"I usually stay here once to twice a year while visiting. All my experiences with this business has been extraordinary. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast is a plus, and the comfort of the room from the bed, the A/C/Heat, and even the shower is all exemplary services."
