"Nice experience with nice people"

"We spent a week in the house and can only give our best recommendations for anyone that wants a peaceful and quiet area. It’s close to Aqcui Terme (15-20 min with car), a little narrow and curved road up to Roccaverano with some good restaurants, 1 hour++ to cities like Asti, Alba, and Barolo (a must go if you are into wine). The house has a great outside area and a great pool. Volleyball in the pool was a success for both the teenagers and the adults. The house was clean and had all we needed...

"Simplesmente excepcional! A comunicação anterior à chegada e o check in eficiente. A unidade é muito aconchegante, espaçosa e bem mobiliada. Boa qualidade em todos os itens, desde papel higiênico, lençois e toalhas de banho.E o melhor de tudo (e o mais difícil de encontrar)... EXTREMAMENTE limpa! Boa localização, muito próximo do centro histórico. Super indico!!"

"Beautiful property, excellent pool, gardens, kitchen and bedrooms. Very remote and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Fabulous tiny tiny town, lovely local people. "

"Sehr schönes kleinen Haus mitten in der Natur. Top eingerichtet, gute Küche, Spulmaschine, Waschmaschine... In der Region ist viel zu entdecken. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, Danke."

"All conveniences, well maintained, clean, extremely welcoming owner…and parking!"

"Hospitality and kindness of Cristina and Renato is amazing. We felt welcome and at home in their small paradise. The house is neatly kept with a sense of details and a profound love of gardening. We enjoyed the flowers, fruits and vegetables along with the excellent indoor facilities. Not to forget the direct view to the wonderful wine fields. All was perfect and we would highly recommend this place. "

"Nur die Anfahrt über kleine kurvenreiche Straßen ( mit traumhaften Panorama) fordert Konzentration. Dann belohnt die Casa Clelia mit ausreichend Platz, guter Küchenausstattung und sehr schönem Garten die Angekommenen! Viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele (Asti, Alba, Aqui Terme etc.) sind in maximal 1 Stunde erreichbar. "

"I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already."

"The location is beautiful and the house is wonderful. We stayed for two days and visited local sites. There are wineries everywhere and many tasting options. There is a local brewery with great homemade pizza an 11 minute walk - it is a place for locals and the food was great. This house is a super comfortable home base to explore the local towns. We loved it and will be back. We stayed 4 adults and 3 children very comfortably."

"This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!" That kind of sums it up, but I must add that there is a fine line between "luxurious" and "precious," and VSL hits the mark with every...

"From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by Nena and the owner. Their hospitality made our stay incredibly pleasant and memorable. A special mention goes to Spritz, the adorable dog, who was such a delightful surprise and added an extra charm to our experience. The property itself has a lovely atmosphere, and I only wish we had more time to enjoy it—especially the patio, which looked like the perfect spot to relax. I would absolutely come back just to soak in more of what this place has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and personal touch during their travels!"
