"Lugar discreto, mas parecido com um B&B. Uma casa grande, antiga, com alguns quartos. Pode-se usar a cozinha para o café-da-manhã. Alguns itens são deixados à disposição. Sentimos falta do leite e "muffins", principalmente. No quarto só tem uma cadeira e faltam cabides. No entanto, apesar do ambiente aconchegante, nós, brasileiros sentimos falta de um atendimento presencial. Tudo é feito conforme instruções recebidas, mas sem qualquer contato humano."

"The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent."

Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival. "Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress.
