"Worst experience ever.. I was not anle to get my room until 11:40pm, they gave lame excuse and are not sympathetic. Inl was in parking lot from 6 til 11:30pm and they not even offer me consolation for my late checkin. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I called the manager calling card and no answer, I also emailed the asst manager and manager, NO REPLY... never again with this studio hotel.."

"This was our first trip to stay at this very nice hotel. I am a hotel snob and I was very pleased. The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Just a small one would be so nice. If I had to say there was anything that I disliked, it would be that we kept blowing fuses in the room .The shower is beautiful but there’s not enough pressure to get soap out of your hair if you have long hair very quickly. There is a very nice seat that you can sit down, but the water pressure does not allow...

"The views were amazing!! The room was cleaned with great detail and met our expectations. The pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. It was green during our stay. The biggest disappointment was having to pay for parking. I did call to inquire about the parking and was told in exchange for paid parking you get free chairs and umbrellas. After arriving I was told the chairs were first come first serve so obviously they were all taken. We had to buy chairs once we got ready to go to the beach....
