"I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. "The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. "A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "

"Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby."
