"We loved our stay at 60 French! The house was awesome. Clean, well maintained, and all of the stuff you would need for a family weekend at a mountain lake. We enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and fishing. The morning cup of coffee on the deck was so enjoyable. My son loved the nap in the hammock. The location was super. We will be back soon I hope!"

"The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂"

"Overall, this was fabulous. The location was perfect for us: centralized between Sunapee, New London and Newport; close to Rt 11; great view of Lake Sunapee. Chris our host really made our VRBO experience easy."

"The house had a great modern renovation, and was well stocked. Kitchen had lots of high-end supplies that made our stay and cooking multiple meals for several people very comfortable. We loved the large open floor plan and plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Also love that every room has its own mini split (we stayed during some very hot days) so temperature could be controlled individually. There’s also an adorable upstairs sitting area that had toys for kids to play with. Only...

"Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!!"

"Spacious, and very comfortable house, perfect for our family get-together. We had 12 in our crew, and while just the upstairs could have worked well, having the lower apartment allowed us to spread out further.The grounds are fantastic -- with the fire pit, the hot tub, sitting by the pond -- and the views that go on forever from the front porch... day and night. Super convenient to Newbury and Sunapee.Add to that, Chris was a fantastic, communicative host."

"I’ve gone back and forth on how to rate our stay here. The location was amazing, parking and check in were easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. That said, the property had some cleanliness issues. Particularly in the kitchen, where we found very dirty cabinets and dishes. There is also no lack of decorative items in already small home. For families with young kids, note that the water heater is an RV sized water heater, which made getting our young kids cleaned up with...
