"Wow we were very disappointed this time staying here. I believe we had the room furthest from the beach. And the worst thing is the air conditioner broke in our room. What they did was bring in a portable machine hook it up to the balcony slider door.
Now this means we cannot use our balcony or lock this door and the noice from this machine was deafening. I believe I should be compensated one night. 😟"

"Very welcoming, friendly staff. Small clean room with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, desk, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, microwave, mini frig, more. The only downside was the very short sink in the small bathroom.
The coffee and breakfast pastries and bananas on table under the tree were nice to have to start the day off."

"Concord Suites was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I’ve never seen a hotel where the staff were so focused on keeping things clean and meeting the guests’ needs. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!"
