"This home is perfect for multiple families to meet. Two bwdrooms on one aide of the house and another bedroom across the house all on the main floor. Two additional bwdrooms upstairs and three bathrooms. Everyone was comfortable and had privacy and the best part was the house was really quiet. We couldn't hear people walkaround above us. "The property was landscaped and well cared for. Our 2 bdrm / 2 bath unit was immaculate. The unit was spacious and decorated nicely. This trip did not allow us time to enjoy the beautiful pool. The location was ideal for our trip to the graduation at William & Mary. I highly recommend the Colonies at Williamsburg. "

"This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel without any frills. Staff very friendly, easy parking, quiet hotel, my kids enjoyed the pool, beds were okay and the bathrooms clean and updated but on the smaller side. They provide breakfast, mainly the basics. Eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, waffles, yogurt, pastries, bagels etc. "

"Overall my wife and I had a good stay. We stayed in building 20, apt. 1183. We could hear noise on the otherside of the door so thin walls. Room is a bit small. Plenty of towels in bathroom . Outdoor furniture would have been great to sit on to look at golf course or at night just to chill but light is very dim at night and chairs were metal, so they were kind of rusty and dirty. Would be great if complex would keep some cushions on inside of room to use for outdoor chairs."
