"The location is both a blessing and a curse. Easy (ish) walk to the beach for mobile folks. Families with small children or folks that are less mobile may struggle. Tons of amazing food and drink options (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late nights) are within a block. But, that does run the risk of noise for anyone wanting to get in bed early or are light sleepers. The house is sandwiched between a late night eatery and a microbrew. Live music can run to 10 pm at either. But folks chatting or...

"Super communicative host. Condo smelled amazingly clean. Not hiding any odors. Just clean! View was amazing. 12th floor is perfect. Everything was perfect. I love the added security codes coming into the building. Love the covered garage parking. Easily fit my truck."
